Love Thy City

Serving others in God's Kingdom! Middle school & High school students are encouraged to join Love Thy City, Saturday, April 18 from 8a-2p to serve our city! Houston is a huge city with many Gospel needs and we want to be apart group that shows people the love of Jesus! In addition to serving our city we'll also explore our city with a unique lunch location that gives students a new understanding of the culinary diversity that Houston offers! Join the team today!

Middle School students will be primarily serving Mission Centers of Houston. Students will work alongside their team as they prepare ministry for their community as well as sorting and organizing bulk Amazon returns for various ministry uses and donations!

High School students will partner with Bethel Baptist Church in support with their community outreach! We'll be talking with families, offering prayer, and giving away various items. As part of our ministry we are asking High School students to donate one or more of the following items to support this ministry project.

  • Soccer Balls
  • Sunglasses
  • Ball Caps
  • Socks

Items shouldn't be overly expensive or fancy. The grade that brings the most donations between Mar 1–Apr 12 will receive a Fast Food Breakfast of their choice on a Sunday AM!

If you have any additional questions please reach out to either Jacob Baggett (HS) or John French (MS).
