Q: What time do I need to arrive on Friday?
A: Registration opens at 7p with the first main session starting 9p.
Q: What time does everything end on Sunday:
A: Final Session will conclude by 11:30a
Q: What is included in my registration?
A: Lodging for 2 nights in dorm style accommodations, all meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, main sessions with worship and teaching, activities throughout the WKND, and a t-shirt
Q: What is the dorm-style accommodation like vs the motel option I can pay for?
A: Dorm-style rooms have 8-12 bunk bed (sleeping 16-24 people) with 2-3 share bathrooms, no linens are provided. The motel option provides a smaller room that sleeps 4-8 people with linens provided and 1 shared bathroom.
Q: When will I know where I am staying?
A: You will be told where you are staying when you arrive on site at registration.
Q: Can I make rooming request?
A: Yes, rooming request are taken at the time of registration; note that if you do not pay for a guaranteed motel and the people you request do, you are not guaranteed to be placed in a motel accommodation. Note that request are also not guaranteed, we will do our best to honor what you submit.
Q: If I don’t know anyone, will I have the chance to get to know people?
A: Yes! We do breakout groups in smaller setting to allow everyone the chance to connect with others throughout the weekend!
Q: What is the schedule for the WKND?
A: We will be finalizing the schedule and that will be sent out the week of the WKND, here is a copy of the 2025 schedule for reference.
Q: What should I pack?
A: We will send a packing list with more details leading up to the WKND, here is a copy of the 2025 packing list for reference.
Q: Is transportation included?
A: No, however the Life Bible Study groups typically organize carpooling as groups; if you aren't connected to a LBS we can connect you with one before the WKND to assist with carpooling options.
Q: Is there a chance to serve over the weekend?
A: Yes! There will be many volunteer opportunities for you to serve, you will receive an email leading up to the WKND with all the different ways you can jump in and serve. Serving isn’t required, but we’ve found it to be a great way to get to know people while also making the WKND happen.
